Alexandra Emtsova is the owner and operator of Burnt Offerings . With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas, she had an idea to create a different kind of kosher dining experience in town, one that wasn’t Mediterranean cuisine focused. And together with the help of an amazing crew, and a team of experience chef’s Burnt Offerings was born.
